Moringa as a force for good
Moringa was set up in 2020 as a company seeking to make a positive impact in the world, by developing leaders to lead in such a way that they, their teams and their wider community flourish. In December 2021 we became a certified B Corp to demonstrate our commitment to high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Each year we provide discounted training and coaching to those who work for charities in the UK, to the tune of 25-50%, depending on the size of the charity. For those we train working among disadvantaged people and communities in the global south we provide a 90% discount on our commercial rates. We also provide a portion of our time for pro-bono support to those working in the charitable sector.
We are committed to ensuring that leaders get the leadership training and support they need and do not wish available finances to be a limiting factor to doing that.
The Board of Directors has pledged to give 20% of our profits to charitable causes and in particular to help girls and women escape situations of enslavement as well as to ensure that all girls can get a proper education.
Moringa was set up by Ruth Visick-Evans, Abbe Barneby and Andy Matheson who serve as Directors of the company. We are seeking to add further board members in 2025.
