Training content

We have a vast range of leadership material, and we are very happy to discuss your team’s needs and what would work best for them.

However, below is a standard 2-day and 3-day course outline covering some key topics.

These can be delivered as organised below or as a 5-day course, with each day combining some of the Rooted Leader and Flourishing People content.

Most of our clients choose to have 1-day sessions of training delivered over a period of 5-6 months, which allows time for participants to apply their learning between sessions.
