Leadership Training, Coaching & Organisational Development

We do this through careful consultation with our clients to understand their needs, budget and timescales in order to deliver impact and value, whether a large business, a small charity or even an individual.

As a B Corp, part of our mission is to provide high quality leadership development to those who may not be able to afford other providers and as such, we have a range of discounted rates based on the size and sector of the organisation.

Leadership Training

Whether you’re responsible for a team of executive leaders or those taking on their first leadership roles, Moringa’s person-centred leadership programme will provide a stimulating, experiential learning environment prioritising real-life application. Our goal is to develop leaders who lead themselves, their teams and their individual team members effectively so that organisations become healthy, life-giving places where people thrive and love coming to work!

We offer a broad range of leadership topics based on our Moringa Leadership Framework and organised into a 2-day “Becoming a Rooted Leader” programme, a 3-day “Leading People to Flourish” programme and a wealth of additional material. Whether you would like the training in 2-3 day blocks or spread across a period of a few months, we are happy to discuss and make sure the content and timing is appropriate for your needs.

Leadership Coaching

Coaching is an excellent way for a leader to invest in their growth and development.

Our Moringa coaches are experienced leaders themselves who love to come alongside other leaders, providing a safe, reflective, exploratory space for them to strengthen their leadership and continue to learn. Coaching typically consists of a series of 60-90 minute sessions and can take place over Zoom or MSTeams.

Many of our clients combine leadership training with follow-up individual coaching sessions to help their leaders consolidate and apply their learning in their specific contexts.

We also love to hear from individual leaders who would value coaching support to enhance their leadership reflection and practice.

Organisational Development

The Moringa team has experience across a wide spectrum of organisations and work with organisations who want to establish a healthy culture in which people can flourish in their work. 

Using our person-centred model we support leaders to think through vision, purpose and values, culture, build leadership capacity, establish positive organisational behaviours and facilitate high team performance.
